Any form of open flame is strictly prohibited except for the use of votive candles on the tables. Pillar and taper candles are permitted on the tables only if they are enclosed in glass and so long as the flame is 2 inches below the rim of the glass.
We do not allow candles on the floor, in aisles, on staircases, or pillars.
Yes! Arches are allowed so long as they are free standing and appropriately weighted. They must have protective bottoms so as not to damage flooring. All décor must be removed from the premises the night of the event, so please make arrangements for taking DIY arches home.
The use of rice, confetti, tinsel, and like materials is strictly prohibited.
Real flower petals are not allowed, but artificial flower petals may be allowed after approval.
The use of fog machines, steamers, sparklers, and the like is strictly prohibited.
Helium balloons must be appropriately affixed so as not to become entangled in chandeliers.
The use of adhesives (e.g., tapes or glues) to secure items to structural elements (e.g., walls, columns, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
